Full statehood for Jammu and Kashmir as soon as conditions are better: Kavindra Gupta

Bharatiya Janata Party leader from Jammu and Kashmir was talking to ABP News when he said that Gupkar coalition was afraid of BJP. Talking about the state, he said that a lot of development took place since abrogation of Article 370. He also said that the UT will become a state soon after the conditions' improvement.
