Farmer's debts, new jobs & more in Congress' 'Unnati Vidhan' Ghoshnapatra

A day ahead of the first phase of voting in Uttar Pradesh, Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi has released its manifesto 'Unnati Vidhan' for the state in Lucknow today. She mentioned that all debts of farmers will be waived within 10 days of the formation of the government. 20 lakhs jobs will be provided. Also, the electricity bills will be reduced to half.
