Emotional RJD MLA complains of insufficient health services

A video of RJD MLA Saroj Yadav is going viral. In the video Saroj is seen bad-mouthing Chief Minister of Bihar, Nitish Kumar. The reason behind all of this is the insufficient health services and maladministration. He revealed how his mother was very sick and none of the doctors were responding to his calls properly. While doing so the MLA cried his heart out as well
