Embarrassment for Bihar Police as rifles fail to fire during tribute ceremony of CRPF Jawan

Once again, rifles of Bihar police failed to back the officials during the tribute ceremony of CRPF Jawan Ramesh. The rifles failed to fire in order to pay tribute to the brave Jawan who lost his life in an encounter with the terrorists.
