Drain cleaning got delayed in Delhi due to pandemic: Raghav Chadha

''This is a sad incident, one person has died. Before the arrival of Aam Aadmi Party to the power, Delhi used to get inundated. Municipal corporation of Delhi is also cleaning drains but it got delayed in March due to the Corona. Chief Minister of Delhi Arvind Kejriwal is personally monitoring the Minto Bridge incident'', says Raghav Chadha.
