Did BJP give post to a person accused of murdering a cop?

Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi wrote a tweet on Saturday in which she claimed that Shikhar Aggarwal, an accused in the murder of UP cop Subodh Singh, has been given a post by the BJP in their party.

However, Bulandshahr BJP chief Anil Sisodia says that Aggarwal was given a post is an independent organisation that has nothing to do with BJP.
