Delhi: Woman held for selling two-month-old baby for Rs 40,000

The mother of a two-month-old baby girl along with five others was arrested. With the help of Delhi Police, DCW saved the child. The baby was sold four times in 48 hours. Her father is a driver and sold her to get money. He was receiving about Rs 40,000 for this.

The girl child is 2 years and 6 months old. Her mother was also involved in the crime.
