She highlighted that Delhi relies on neighbouring states for 1005 MGD of water, with 613 MGD sourced from Haryana, but claimed that only 513 MGD has been released in recent weeks. 'I had no choice but to begin this fast... The water crisis persists even today,' Atishi declared on the second day of her hunger strike.
