Amid Delhi's Water Crisis, AAP Leader Atishi Continues Indefinite Hunger Strike, Demands Full Water Supply from Haryana. Atishi, Delhi's Water Minister and AAP leader, vowed on Saturday to persist with her hunger strike until the Haryana Government resumes full water supply to the national capital, ensuring access for its 28 lakh residents. She highlighted that Delhi relies on neighbouring states for 1005 MGD of water, with 613 MGD sourced from Haryana, but claimed that only 513 MGD has been released in recent weeks. 'I had no choice but to begin this fast... The water crisis persists even today,' Atishi declared on the second day of her hunger strike.
