Delhi's Red Fort barricaded with shipping containers ahead of Independence Day | Matrabhumi

 Amid the 75th Independence Day preparations across the country, intelligence agencies have issued alerts suspecting terror attacks. The Intelligence Bureau has asked Delhi Police to remain on high alert and enforce strict entry rules at Red Fort. Every year on Independence Day, the Prime Minister of the country hoists the national flag at the Red Fort in Delhi. 

The Intelligence Bureau, in one of its reports, has expressed the possibility of terror activities by Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM), and other such radical organisations.
