In a mere 24 hours of rain in Delhi, the entire city got submerged and killed 4 people. A similar situation prevails in Mumbai each year with the onset of Monsoons. Delhi witnessed severe waterlogging after heavy rains unleashed in the capital on Sunday. The residents tried clearing the choked sewer to flush out the water.
