Delhi: ISIS Terrorist Rizwan Arrested In Delhi, Featured On NIA's Most Wanted List | ABP News
The Delhi Police Special Cell has made a significant breakthrough ahead of August 15 by arresting an ISIS terrorist, Rizwan Ali, from Daryaganj, Delhi. Rizwan, who was on the National Investigation Agency's (NIA) most-wanted list with a reward of ₹3 lakh for his capture, is linked to the Pune ISIS module. He and his associates had conducted reconnaissance of several VIP areas in Delhi. Rizwan, one of the most wanted terrorists from this module, had been evading capture for a long time. The NIA and Pune Police have previously arrested several members of this ISIS network, who had also surveyed VVIP locations in Delhi and Mumbai.
