Davinder Singh case: IG-level official of NIA to go to J&K

NIA DG met Home Secretary and as per sources, Home Secretary has directed the NIA to track police officers like Davinder Singh and take strict action against them. This is why NIA's IG-level official will go to the valley to conduct the investigation. 
Former DSP of Jammu and Kashmir police, Davinder Singh, was caught driving a car with three terrorists on Jammu-Srinagar Highway. He was arrested later.
