Cyclone Nivar expected to hit Tamil Nadu-Puducherry coast today, Chennai records 120 mm rain
During the next 12 hours, there are high chances of of rapid cyclonic storm hitting the Tamil Nadu and Puducherry coast. Late in the evening of 25 November, the cyclone is expected to cross the coasts of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry. It is expected to intensify with speeds ranging from 100-110 kmph to 120 kmph.
