India Corona crisis: How will rural areas be saved from the pandemic?

Authorities have warned the states over spread of the coronavirus in rural areas, stressing on breaking the transmission chain. There has been a lack of oxygen and necessary medicines for the treatment of critically ill Covid patients during the second wave. Out of 734 districts in the country, 640 districts have a positivity rate of more than 5 percent and it is above the national threshold level.
