Contradictory claims on Covid-19 vaccine add to confusion

Will there be an indigenous vaccine of Coronavirus (Covid-19) by 15 August? A press release published by PIB claims that India will soon create a vaccine that will end Covid-19. The release also says that the vaccine has been given permission for human trial and that this is the beginning of the end. However, a crucial detail that many seem to be missing are that the vaccine will take 15-18 months to be licensed for use. Watch this report.
