Congress unimpressed by PM Modi's address to the nation

In his address to the nation, PM Modi extended the duration of PM Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana till November 2020. However, the Congress party remains unimpressed. Speaking to ABP News, Congress leader Pranav Jha said that the only two things that are saving this government today are the MNREGA scheme and Food Security Bill and both of them were passed by UPA 1 and UPA 2 respectively.
