Cold conditions persist in northern India as hilly areas witness snowfall again

Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh and many parts of Uttarakhand have received a fresh spell of snowfall once again. This spell has led to cold conditions in northern-India. The cold wave has gripped Haryana, Punjab, Delhi, NCR, Uttar Pradesh, and even Bihar. In this report, we are showing how each and everything has been covered with a white snow-blanket in Ladakh.
