Citizens have right to 'counter mobilise': Narsimha Rao on Shaheen Bagh

BJP spokesperson GVL Narsimha Rao has reacted to the firing incidents in Shaheen Bagh and Jamia Nagar over the last few days. Rao said that those who are trying to create a moment by mobilising across the country should also understand that citizens have the right to counter-mobilise and these incidents (firing) are a reaction to that mobilisation.
