Chandigarh Mayor Elections: BJP’s Manoj Sonkar wins against AAP-Congress candidate Kuldip Singh

The Bharatiya Janta Party's (BJP) Manoj Sonkar won the Chandigarh mayoral elections, the first poll battle between the INDIA bloc and the BJP. He defeated the AAP-Congress joint candidate Kuldeep Singh after 8 votes of the opposition alliance candidate were declared invalid.
