Chair behaved incorrectly, says Javed Ali Khan over RS ruckus

Samajwadi Party parliamentarian, Javed Ali Khan, was talking to ABP News over the Rajya Sabha ruckus. He said that the way the Chair behaved with the opposition members, it was not right.
He added that social distancing norms were flouted by Marshals too on the day of the chaos in Rajya Sabha, then why attack only opposition members over it?
