Breaking News: 'Arvind Kejriwal's Interrogation By CBI In Jail,' Says Sources | ABP News
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal was arrested by the CBI on Wednesday (26 June). Kejriwal has been arrested in the Delhi Liquor Policy case. The CBI had produced Kejriwal in Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court, where the investigating agency had sought his custody to interrogate the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief. CBI officials had also interrogated Kejriwal in Tihar Jail on Tuesday (June 25) evening. Kejriwal's arrest has come at a time when one of his petitions is being heard in the Supreme Court. Through this petition, Delhi CM has challenged the stay on the bail order of Delhi High Court. Actually, a lower court of Delhi had granted bail to Kejriwal on June 20, which has been stayed by the High Court. ED had challenged Kejriwal's bail in the High Court, after hearing which the court ordered a stay on the bail.
