BJP Releases Poster Calling Kejriwal 'Enemy of Purvanchalis' Over Fake Voter Allegations

Ahead of the 2025 Delhi Assembly elections, a major political row has erupted over voter lists. Arvind Kejriwal, Delhi's Chief Minister, accused the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of bringing people from Uttar Pradesh and Bihar to create fake voters in Delhi. In response, the BJP has launched a direct attack on Kejriwal by releasing a poster, calling him the "enemy of Purvanchalis" (people from the eastern Uttar Pradesh and Bihar region). The poster criticizes Kejriwal for allegedly targeting a specific community and attempting to malign their image by linking them to fake voter claims. This has escalated the political tension, as both parties gear up for a contentious election campaign. The issue of voter manipulation has become a focal point in the electoral battle, with both sides accusing each other of unfair tactics. The BJP’s poster aims to turn the tables on Kejriwal’s remarks, portraying him as anti-Purvanchali. With the elections drawing near, this dispute is expected to influence voter sentiment, particularly among communities in Delhi.
