Bird Flu outbreak: Ghazipur's poultry market closed for 10 days, Birds' import banned
Amidst reports of sudden deaths of birds from some areas in Delhi, the Delhi government has taken some important decisions. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal announced that in view of the risk of bird flu, the import of birds has been completely banned - no one is allowed to bring any live bird from outside in Delhi.
Along with this, the Chief Minister has also announced the closure of the Ghazipur poultry market for the next 10 days.
