Bihar govt busy in election preparations even as state faces flood crisis

At present entire Bihar is facing flood crisis. The locals of the state are facing various issues because of the floods. One one hand, Bihar is facing coronavirus crisis as the number of cases keeps on increasing. 

Despite the issues of floods and COVID-19, Bihar government is busy in preparations for upcoming elections. The people of the state are waiting for the government to take strict measures to combat coronavirus and floods.
