Bihar Corona patient succumbs after hospital denies treatment

A young girl in Bihar was allegedly left to die after a hospital refused to treat her in the absence of a COVID report. The helpless father of the girl begged the hospital staff to admit his daughter but they refused it saying that they cannot ignore government rules and regulations, and that Covid test was mandatory for admission.
