Bihar CM Nitish Kumar casts vote, shows inked finger and appeals people to vote

Bihar Chief Minister, Nitish Kumar, reached the polling booth to cast his vote for the ongoing Bihar Elections 2020. He showed his inked finger and then talked to the media persons. He said, "Everyone should cast their vote."
