Bihar assembly polls: 46% voter turnout recorded till 3 pm

The voters are deciding the fate of 1204 candidates in 78 seats in the third phase. By 3 pm, 46 percent voting has been done. The credibility of many legends is at stake. 

In this phase, 1204 candidates, including Speaker of the Legislative Assembly and 12 members of the State Cabinet, are in the fray. Out of the 78 assembly seats which are going to be voted, a large number of seats are located in North Bihar and north of the Ganges River in the state.
