Assam Govt to introduce Bill over shutting down of Madrasas & Sanskrit Schools

A bill will be introduced in the winter session of the state assembly today after the Assam cabinet approved the proposal to close all government madrasas and Sanskrit schools. Hemant Biswa Sarma said in a tweet that he will introduce a bill on madrasas in the assembly, after this, government madrasas in the state will cease to operate.
