Art 370 is history; J&K heading towards delimitation, elections: Ravindra Raina

Ravindra Raina of Bharatiya Janata Party was talking to ABP News LIVE on the meeting of Prime Minister Narendra Modi with all leaders of Jammu and Kashmir. He said that the political deadlock came to an end with the meeting and delimitation would begin soon. He added that post it, assembly elections would take place.
