Amid tensions at LAC, Rajnath Singh to visit Ladakh

Amid growing tensions between India and China at Line of Actual Control in Eastern Ladakh, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and Chief of Army Staff General MM Narvane is planning to visit Leh, Ladakh. The visit is planned for Friday, 3 July 2020. The duo will examine the situation at the LAC. The visit comes a few days after Gen Narvane's visit to LAC.

The Defence Minister had also gone to Russia for defence-related purchases.
