Agra DM gives insensitive comment over viral video of child sleeping on suitcase

District Magistrate (DM) of Agra, Prabhu Narayan, has given an insensitive statement over a viral video of a child sleeping on a suitcase, which was wheeled by his mother. DM said that his team was working a lot and there could be a few cases like the one in the viral video. Adding to that he said, "I recall my childhood memories of sitting on the suitcase which my father used to drag."
