AAP accuses Bihar govt of not paying their part of migrants' train fare

AAP leader Sanjay Singh has accused the Bihar government of not paying their share of train fare incurred on migrants returning to the state. "Paying 15 percent of the fare is the obligation of state government but the Bihar government has stepped back from its duty. The expense will be borne by the Delhi government. We are paying for the migrants' fare. I am taken aback by the attitude of the Bihar government towards its people," said AAP MP Sanjay Singh.
