Recently, 16 persons have died in Madhya Pradesh's Morena district due to consumption of spurious liquor. MP Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has ordered a strict action to be taken against the criminals. However, the question arises how was the sale of spurious liquor on rise if administration was strict earlier?
