Delhi: Victim of protest passes away in GTB hospital

23-year-old Rahul, who was not even a part of the protest, was shot in Brijpuri during the clashes. He was preparing for his exams in Delhi. He passed away in GTB hospital today. Meanwhile, the situation is reported to be returning to normal in most of the violence-hit parts of the city.
