Delhi Unlock 8.0: Cinema Halls To Re-Open From Today With 50% Capacity; Check Guidelines

Unlock-8 is being implemented in Delhi from today amidst the decreasing cases of Coronavirus. In this phase of unlock, theaters and spas that have been closed for more than 3 months have got a big relief.
