Delhi residents spotted shopping without wearing masks in crowded markets

While on one hand, Coronavirus cases are increasing in Delhi, on the other, the negligence of people is increasing with each passing day. Delhi markets are crowded before the festival of Holi. There is neither a sign of social distancing nor is everyone wearing a mask.
