BSP to contest UP & Uttarakhand Assembly elections alone; Mayawati refutes alliance with AIMIM

Bahujan Samaj Party chief Mayawati has denied reports that she will tie up with AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi in the UP assembly elections. She dismissed such reports outright by tweeting. In her tweet, Mayawati said that except Punjab, this general election of the assembly to be held in UP and Uttarakhand at the beginning of next year, BSP is not forming any alliance with any party.
