BMC claims registering less complaints of potholes in 2020-2021

BMC data showed that the city has seen a 76% decline in the number of pothole complaints during 2020-2021 as compared to 2019-2020. At the same time, from June 1 to July 13, only 239 complaints of potholes have been registered. But when we talked to the citizens to know the ground reality, it came to know that the condition of the roads in Mumbai is not satisfactory.
