New reports reveal that the newly appointed law minister of Bihar Kartikeya Singh is himself, a criminal according to law. He had a warrant named on him on the grounds of kidnapping and other criminal activities, in which neither he had surrendered to the court nor appeared in any hearing. He was given anticipatory bail, which has already ended on August 14 and the day of surrender to police was August 16.
