The Shivraj Singh Chouhan government has worked for people of Madhya Pradesh in the last 15 years. It faces no ant incumbency. Through the 'double engine' of the Centre and the state government, Madhya Pradesh has witnessed a high growth rate. "During the Congress rule, Madhya Pradesh was counted among 'BIMARU' states (a group of backward states). We turned it into a developed state," says Piyush Goyal.
