Master Stroke: 2 murders in past one month in Mumbai over use of public toilet

A 35-year-old man was killed in a spat over use of public toilet in Sakinaka area on Saturday. This is the second such incident in the past 10 days, that brings to the fore the rising tensions over acute shortage of public toilets in Mumbai.
