Kathua Rape Case: Pakistani agents may have done it, says Nand Kumar Singh

In a statement given by BJP MP Nand Kumar Singh, role of Pakistani agents is being hinted in the rape of Kathua minor girl. He said that Jai Shri Ram slogans were raised during rape of minor girl and it may be done by Pakistani agents. He added that there are very less Hindus in Kashmir, which is why Pakistani agents may have played a huge role in it
