Rohit Roy's 14-Day Weight Loss: How He Shed 6 Kg | Health Live

Indian actor Rohit Roy recently revealed that he lost 6 kg in just 14 days using Ayurveda. In 2021, Rohit adopted Ayurvedic practices and visited Kerala for a Panchakarma treatment, a holistic program aimed at general wellness. This process involved cleansing his body to enhance the effectiveness of medications. Before the treatment, he experienced significant digestive issues, but upon returning, he noticed remarkable changes. Not only did he lose weight, but he also had zero water retention and woke up naturally at 6 a.m. Rohit now undergoes Panchakarma annually for detoxification and rejuvenation. Panchakarma, designed according to individual needs by Ayurvedic experts, detoxifies the body, boosts metabolism, and improves digestion. However, it may not be suitable for pregnant women or those undergoing serious medical treatments.
