Greater Noida Murder: Police unable to find the accused

In an unfortunate incident a man named Neeraj Kumar was shot dead on the roaf by goons, He was standing in Gama 2 road and was talking to his friends when goons arrived and shot him on point blank. Later, he was taken to hospital but succumed to his injuries. 

This incident raises a big blot and a huge question on the situation of Law and Order in Uttar Pradesh
