Giving subsidies to reduce Parali burning: Manohar Lal Khattar

Manohar Lal Khattar was talking to media when he said that the steps were being taken to do away with the parali burning. He said subsidies were being provided, people were being motivated and on the other hand decomposers would be provided at a low rate so that farmers decompse parali and reuse them in the fields as manure. "Procurement of grains has begun and the target has been achieved. But the farmers still sending their produce will be procured too," Khattar said
