Ghaziabad hospital turns into a pond post heavy rainfall

Uttar Pradesh has been receiving heavy rainfall since a few days. The state is on high alert for today as well. Till now, the water-logging has been affecting the state a lot. In Ghaziabad, a hospital has water everywhere as after rain the rain water entered the premises. Few days ago, a similar picture of Bihar had come forth.
People are bound to walk amid watery streets and because of no availability of ambulance, people are taking their near and dear ones to hospital on carts
