Ganga water-level rises as well; NDRF on toes for pilgrims visiting during Sawan month

Due to consistent rain in India during monsoon, the water bodies were swelling day by day. To top it, water from Hathinikund was released. This is why the water level rose in Ganga and Yamuna. Delhi is on high-alert as well as the flood danger lurks over the Indian capital.
