BJP & AAP come face to face over MCD workers' salary
The employees of the three MCDs of Delhi are on strike since 7th January as they have not received their salary for almost 4-5 months. The strike has been announced by the Confederation of All Employees MCD Union.
There has been a dispute between the MCD and the Delhi government over the fund for months. MCD says that the Delhi government has not given 13 thousand crores rupees of MCD, due to which it is not able to work nor is paying salary to employees. At the same time, the Delhi government alleged a scam in MCD.
