Crop insurance scheme is bigger scam than Rafale: Uddhav Thackeray

Uddhav Thackeray was speaking at an event when he said that Crop Insurance Scheme was a bigger scam than Rafale. He added that Pradhanmantri Phasal Yojna means Pradhanmantri Phasaao Yojna. He also spoke ill of Maharashtra government. He said that the government may have announced a loan waiver for the farmers but nothing has been done as yet
